Serion Technologies - Timesheet Billing Software

 

 

In their hectic day to day operations, Serion Technologies identified an area of their business that occupied a significant amount of time. Billing. As network support technicians, their primary role is to provide on-site service for office networks and computers.

 

We were hired by Serion to produce a web based software application that would easily allow their technicians to access their timesheets while on site at the client's location.

 

As one of the smaller applications we've created, it has proven to be an extremely useful tool for Serion as they have become a more efficient and organized business as a result. Technicians are now capable of entering their time immediately while on site, which eliminates the need for paper, and forgetting to track their service calls.

 

We have continued to work with Serion on making adjustments to the software to suit their needs as their business grows.
