ReMed Rehabilitation Centre - Custom CRM Software

Selaris' main goal with this project was to help reduce the time spent on the most common tasks at ReMed.  Due to the sheer size of this application, we broke the project out into three phases to properly balance the workload over time.

 

During the development of the application, we worked closely with ReMed to learn everything about their business.  Having this information was crucial to the success of this project.

 

In the intial steps after launching the application, ReMed's management staff quickly became active in the program and began to put it to the test.  After identifying and fixing some minor glitches, it's benefits were already providing dividends in time saved on the most common tasks.

 

Our software has helped ReMed become more productive by having their patient files in one central database, and automating some of the most redundant tasks often found to be time consuming.  ReMed has also recognized that this software allows them to quickly and efficiently change certain aspects of their business to better adhere to the governing rules.
